Protector Fire Insurance Company.  1825  - 1835.  B.862-V-A / W80B.  Copper.  Border, the Scene of Burning Building with Waterman directing the nozzle, and "Protector" in panel below is all raised.  Decent condition for its age.  Left Side is damaged at bottom where "P" is.  Mark has been repainted.  One of very few English Marks that have a fireman on mark.  The Auction Verification Committee reviewed both front and back of this mark and has been determined to be Authentic.
